Sr. Executive Regional Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Have experience of handling day-to-day regional level Accounts function.
• Doing invoicing of customers and generating IRN & E-waybill and sending the same to warehouse.
• Verification & booking of vendor bills and sending payment requests to HO as per schedule. Vendor reconciliation & balance confirmation.
• Managing Regional AR, coordination with Sales Team & Dealer / Customer for payment. Issue reminder letters.
• Quarterly stock audit at warehouse.
• Looking after petty cash payments, booking of vouchers & expense bills in ERP.
• Doing bank receipt entries, adjustment of receipts & bank reconciliation.
• Follow-up with Dealers / Customers for BG, NDC & balance confirmation.
• Good sound knowledge about GST, GST Return and handling GST Audit.
• Monthly ISD working & return filing.
• Preparing monthly provision for Region and sending to HO as per reporting schedule.
• Have good working knowledge under ERP platform. Preferably Microsoft AX or D365.
• Have sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Coordination with other functions of the Region & HO and ensuring that jobs assigned are completed within timelines.
• Provide audit-related documents / requirements as required by HO team.
• Handling local administration and IT-related matters.
• Negotiation with local admin vendors and taking initiative for cost-reduction measures.
• Dynamic & go-getter attitude. Should be a task master.
• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce with MBA Finance from a reputed institute (under regular mode) is must. CA/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in related fields.
• Ability to handle target-oriented work and large volume of transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
