Responsibilities

• Handle inward and outward movement of packaging materials (cartons, labels, films, etc.)
• Maintain stock levels and ensure no shortage/excess inventory
• Monitor FIFO / FEFO practices for packaging items
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning
• Ensure proper storage and handling of packaging materials
• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP)
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Track material consumption and generate reports
• Minimize wastage and improve store efficiency
• Supervise store assistants and workers
