Sr. Executive - Stores

Stores Executive will manage the receipt, storage, issue and tracking of materials and equipment for solar project sites. Responsibilities include checking deliveries against purchase orders and approved specifications; maintaining accurate stock records in the ERP or inventory system; organizing materials to prevent damage, loss or deterioration; issuing items to site teams against approved requests; monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment; managing returns, surplus and damaged materials; supporting periodic physical stock counts; and preparing inventory, reconciliation and material movement reports. The role will coordinate with procurement, logistics, project and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed and handled safely.
