Sr. Executive - Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation requirements for tours, transfers, and group movements.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers based on itinerary requirements and operational schedules.
• Liaise with transport vendors to ensure availability, service quality, and competitive pricing.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Handle transportation-related guest requests, complaints, and operational escalations.
• Verify transport invoices, maintain records, and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company transportation standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate rates when required.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams for smooth tour execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports and performance metrics.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
• Manage emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, and route changes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
