Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and monitor website performance, updates, and lead forms on a daily basis.

• Track domain and SSL expiry; ensure timely renewals.

• Review SEO reports and coordinate with agency for improvements.

• Plan and execute social media content and ensure timely posting.

• Manage online and offline campaigns.

• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creatives, siganges and other deliverables.

• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with RERA guidelines.

• Prepare reports on sales, leads, inventory, and campaign performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and marketing requirements.

• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.

• Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.

• Handle invoice processing, documentation, and coordination with accounts.
