Sr. Facilities Engineer

Key Job Functions:

Operational Leadership & Maintenance: Manage maintenance for all facilities, including preventative and breakdown maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

 System Optimization & Upgrades: Plan and execute plant improvements, renovations, or expansions to enhance utility capacity, reliability, and efficiency.

 Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities, ensuring work complies with contracts, safety procedures, and local regulations.

 Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, power, etc.) adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory codes.

 Project Management & Budgeting: Manage facility upgrading projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.

 Team Development & Leadership: Coach and mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting capability development and establishing team goals.

 Energy Management: Implement energy efficiency programs and monitor utility consumption to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
