Senior Finance Associate, FP& A

Boston - Hybrid: 3 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Drive the annual budgeting process and maintain regular forecasting updates to reflect business performance and changing priorities.

• Build financial models and forward-looking analyses that support strategic planning and long-term outlook development.

• Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and trend evaluations for senior leaders and key stakeholders.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to compare actual results against plans and improve financial alignment across the organization.

• Conduct variance reviews to identify underlying drivers, explain performance shifts, and highlight areas requiring attention.

• Assist with journal entry support and contribute to special projects that require financial evaluation and recommendations.

• Analyze financial data to uncover risks, surface opportunities, and support informed decision-making across the business.

Keys:

1. 3+ yrs FP& A experience – budgets, forecasts, lrp, business unit reporting
2. Big 4 Audit background an option
3. Strong analytical skills; Excel must; Anaplan a plus
