Sr. Finance Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Able to handle full set accounts including GL, AR, AP and Bank reconciliation independently
• Responsible for daily accounting event PNL monitoring, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments
• Preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports for Management review purposes
• Ensuring event expenses in PNL are within approved budget
• Work closely and communicate with other colleagues from other departments to resolve any discrepancies in relationship to book entry, invoicing, progress payment
• Dealing with bank officers on any matters relating to bank transactions
• Issue payment voucher, Invoices, DO, Quotation
• Liaising with auditors, tax agents and Company Secretaries
• Making sure all Audits and Taxation is done timely and accordingly
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Other accounting ad hoc tasks are assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounting
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, best practices, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivation, flexibility, and professionalism to work with team members from multiple departments
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively (multi-tasking)
• Analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Can Read & Write Chinese be an advantage
