Sr Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for the company's US operations.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and order-to-cash processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements under Ind AS and US GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective finance strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 7-9 years of experience in finance leadership roles within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in Audit Management (Audit Management), Financial Reporting (Financial Reporting), Order To Cash (OTC) cycle, P2P process, R2R (Revenue Recognition), Taxation (US GAAP).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
