What they need

About the role

This role is a strategic financial business partner to the organization, combining financial planning & analysis, cost management, and financing oversight. The ideal candidate translates financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, while also owning key financing and capital management activities that support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consolidate financial data into management reports and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), tracking KPIs and maintaining dashboards to give stakeholders real-time, actionable visibility into performance.
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions — advising on pricing, commercial strategy, CAPEX, and other strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycles and own the financial models and business cases behind investment, CAPEX, and long-term/project planning decisions.
  • Conduct pricing and product mix analysis to uncover opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
  • Own standard costing, BOM/routing analysis, and COGS/CAPEX/inventory planning within the responsible cost center, driving cost control and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead financing activities (project finance, loans, capital structure) and manage bank/investor relationships, funding, liquidity, and financial/FX risk.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and cost optimization programs, while leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, or Business Controlling (including 3+ years in a managerial role) — ideally within apparel, multinational, or large-scale organizations.
  • Holding a CPA or CMA qualification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a good command of English.
  • Strong grasp of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, ROI, financial modelling, and treasury principles, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to partner across business functions and influence senior stakeholders, backed by strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that turn financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • A strategic, commercially minded leader who is proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable making trade-offs in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
