Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Controller to oversee our financial operations and guide our fiscal strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will responsible for the oversight of all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and budget management. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow analyses to drive corporate growth.
• Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate, analyze, and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders and board members.
• Internal Controls: Maintain, monitor, and strengthen internal control structures to safeguard corporate assets and ensure absolute data integrity.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Audit & Tax Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax preparers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
• Certification: CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP) and expert-level MS Excel skills.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing accounting teams and presenting financial data to non-financial executives.
