Sr. Foreman

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Manage and guide masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and other site workers.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

2. Manpower Management

• Manage daily labour deployment and workforce productivity at the construction site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project managers for manpower requirements.
• Monitor labour attendance, working hours, and work performance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure effective utilization of manpower.

3. Construction Quality Control

• Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Check reinforcement placement, shuttering alignment, concrete pouring, masonry work, and finishing quality.
• Identify execution errors and coordinate with site engineers for timely rectification.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize material wastage.

4. Site Planning & Daily Progress

• Execute daily work plans in coordination with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Report work delays, site constraints, and execution challenges to the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports and labour productivity records.

5. Material & Equipment Management

• Coordinate with the store and procurement departments for timely availability of construction materials.
• Monitor the proper utilization, handling, and storage of materials at the site.
• Ensure construction tools, machinery, and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Prevent material wastage, damage, and unauthorized usage.

6. Safety & Site Discipline

• Ensure workers follow all site safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct daily safety briefings and coordinate with the safety team.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.
• Immediately report accidents, unsafe practices, and potential hazards to the Site Engineer or Safety Officer.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
