In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development initiatives using React, Next

js, and TypeScript, driving architectural decisions, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring seamless client communication

Key Responsibilities:* Frontend Development & Architecture: * Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React, Next

js, and TypeScript

* Lead the development of new features and enhancements while maintaining high performance and responsiveness

* Upgrade and Migration: * Oversee and execute frontend upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency

* Team Leadership: * Manage and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

* Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards

* Client Communication: * Serve as a primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

* Research Activities: * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies, conducting research to enhance our development practices and toolsets

* Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality

* Deployment: * Manage and oversee the deployment process for frontend applications, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production

* Design Systems: * Work closely with design teams to implement and maintain cohesive design systems, ensuring a consistent user experience across applications

Qualifications:* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React, Next

js, and TypeScript

* Proven experience in frontend architecture and design, with a solid understanding of design systems

* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

* Experience with code review processes and best practices

* Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD processes

* Ability to conduct research and stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the frontend development landscape
