1. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

• Lead the migration of the existing IdentityServer-based Identity Provider (IdP) to a suitable solution such as Microsoft Entra External ID, Duende IdentityServer, OpenIddict, or an equivalent platform.
• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth2, and SAML, including authorization code with PKCE, token management, session handling, and logout.
• Implement external identity federation, customer login integrations, MFA, passwordless authentication, impersonation, and email verification while maintaining existing functionality.
• Lead the ongoing development, maintenance, performance optimization, security, incident resolution, and hotfixes for customer-facing portals.
• Develop and enhance frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a focus on performance, accessibility, server-side rendering, and incremental static regeneration.
• Design and develop backend services using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core, following Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectural patterns.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and external development teams to define priorities, review code, and maintain architectural standards.
• Manage knowledge transfer from existing vendors, including technical documentation, deployment pipelines, operational runbooks, and handover activities.
• Support continuous delivery through development, testing, acceptance, and production environments (DTAP), ensuring code quality and reliable releases.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with strong hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong frontend development experience with Next.js App Router, SSR/ISR, Tailwind CSS, headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, authentication, authorization, identity federation, session management, and token security.
• Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one Identity Provider migration, preferably from IdentityServer to Entra External ID, Duende IdentityServer, OpenIddict, or a comparable solution.
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft.Identity.Web, external identity integrations, and secure customer authentication.
• Strong understanding of DDD, CQRS, BFF, event-driven architecture, CDM contracts, MediatR, and FluentValidation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Service, API Management (APIM), Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, pull request reviews, branch-based deployments, and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of application security, OWASP principles, least-privilege access, secrets management, threat modelling, and GDPR requirements.
• Experience coordinating a small development team or external vendors, conducting code reviews, and maintaining technical and architectural standards.

3. You should possess the ability to:

• Take technical ownership of full-stack portals and identity solutions, from architecture and implementation through production support.
• Evaluate identity platforms and justify architectural decisions based on security, maintainability, scalability, and business requirements.
• Lead identity migration activities while ensuring secure authentication, minimal disruption, and continuity of existing functionality.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Guide developers, coordinate with stakeholders, review pull requests, and enforce coding and architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot complex application, authentication, integration, and performance issues.
• Apply security-by-design principles in regulated environments, with awareness of financial-sector compliance requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and take initiative in resolving issues and driving improvements.
