What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for better performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends to leverage the latest advancements in technology.

What We Require

• 4 to 6 Yrs of experience
• Strong Expertise: Java 8+ (preferably Java 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Database Skills: Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Frontend Collaboration: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
• Deployment Knowledge: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Problem Solver: Proven ability to work in an agile environment and handle tight deadlines.

You Stand Out

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
• Experience with performance tuning and scaling enterprise applications.
