Role Overview:

Adpulse Digital Private Limited is looking for a highly creative Graphics Designing Lead to manage and drive the visual design strategy across digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead the design team, ensure high-quality creative output, and develop engaging visuals for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the graphics design team to deliver high-quality creatives.

Design and oversee digital marketing creatives, social media posts, ad banners, and branding assets.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to create impactful campaign visuals.

Guide the team in creative direction, design trends, and visual storytelling.

Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Review and improve creatives before final delivery.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital creative formats.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.

Experience with social media creatives, ad creatives, and branding design.

Good understanding of UI basics, layout, typography, and colour theory.

Ability to lead, hire and mentor junior designers.

Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in digital marketing agencies or creative agencies.

Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.

Experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
