Sr Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Execution
2. Own the creative direction for campaigns, websites, presentations, and digital assets catering to US B2B clients.
3. Translate complex briefs into clear, engaging, and visually appealing solutions.
4. Maintain high standards of design quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
5. Client Collaboration
6. Serve as a point of contact for client discussions - understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
7. Work in sync with US time zones when needed to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
8. Build trust and act as a creative advisor for clients.
9. Team Leadership & Mentorship
10. Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and visualizers.
11. Conduct regular reviews, set performance expectations, and help the team grow.
12. Encourage adoption of AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and ideation.
13. Innovation & AI Integration
14. Explore and implement AI tools (Midjourney, DALL E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) for faster prototyping.
15. Champion new design techniques and keep the team updated with global design trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. 8-10 years of hands-on design experience, with a strong focus on B2B industry projects.
3. Proven portfolio showcasing creativity in branding, campaigns, and digital design for global clients (preferably US).
4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma/Canva.
5. Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and automation tools.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
7. Team management experience with a track record of delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to US client expectations and timelines.
