Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Experience with digital, social media, and branding design.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
