Sr. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our brand/marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, wellness, nutraceutical, FMCG, or other product-based brands, preferably in an in-house/brand-side environment.

The candidate will be responsible for handling creative content, including graphic designing, video editing, video shooting, and final content delivery for brand and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create engaging creatives for healthcare products, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Design social media posts, banners, product creatives, brochures, presentations, and other brand collaterals.
• Develop creative concepts based on product positioning, campaigns, and brand requirements.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Video Editing

• Edit Reels, product videos, promotional videos, educational content, and other digital video assets.
• Handle transitions, motion graphics, text, subtitles, music, voiceovers, and other post-production requirements.
• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Video Shooting

• Plan and execute video shoots for healthcare products, product demonstrations, campaigns, Reels, and social media content.
• Handle basic camera, lighting, framing, and audio requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, influencers, models, employees, and other stakeholders during shoots.
• Manage the complete shoot-to-final-output process independently.

Role & responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and other design/video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, camera handling, lighting, and basic audio setup.
• Ability to understand and interpret creative briefs and independently deliver the required output with minimal supervision.
• Strong creative thinking and ideation skills with the ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the content.
• Knowledge of AI-based design and video creation tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, wellness, nutraceuticals, or healthcare product brands.
• Experience working on the brand side / in-house marketing team will be preferred.
• Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and video shooting will be preferred.

Key Requirement:

The candidate should be hands-on across graphic design, video editing, and video shooting and should be able to interpret a brief, bring creative ideas to the table, and deliver the final output independently.

Pay: ₹60,509.48 - ₹72,171.33 per month
