We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual communication across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate understands contemporary social media aesthetics while being equally capable of designing corporate, mass-appeal, and Gen Z-oriented creatives.

This role is for someone who is resourceful, curious, and driven-someone who brings ideas to the table, embraces new tools and technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print, and brand communication.
• Develop visuals that resonate with diverse audiences-from corporate stakeholders to Gen Z and mass-market viewers.
• Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and layouts.
• Collaborate on copy breakdown, typography, and visual hierarchy to enhance communication.
• Create logos, banners, thumbnails, illustrations, campaign assets, brochures, catalogs, and outdoor creatives.
• Stay updated with evolving design trends, platform formats, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring fresh creative approaches.
• Work collaboratively with content creators, video editors, and the broader creative team.

Job Requirement:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Practical knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent generative AI platforms.
• Excellent understanding of social media design trends and audience-first visual storytelling.
• Strong typography, composition, color, and layout skills.
• Ability to create both static and motion-led creative assets.
• Good command of Marathi and English, with the ability to understand creative copy and contribute to typographic execution.
