WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years of work experience in the Contact Center / BPO industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a Leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to manage performance and drive team results
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City
