What they need
Role & responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in high-power electronics / power converter design and development.
- Strong knowledge of high-power AC-DC, DC-DC and DC-AC converters.
- Hands-on experience with PFC, LLC, Full-Bridge, Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge, Buck/Boost and Inverter topologies.
- Strong knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, SiC and GaN power devices and gate drivers.
- Experience in high-power magnetics, DC-link capacitors, snubbers, thermal management and component selection.
- Proficiency in LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscope, power analyzer, electronic load and spectrum analyzer.
- Good understanding of EMI/EMC, creepage, clearance and electrical safety standards.
- Strong hardware debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with kW to high-kW power systems and SiC-based converters is preferred.
