• Responsible for the hardware design of current-sensor application circuits, from requirements definition through system validation and production release.
• Own component selection, schematic design, PCB stack-up and layout for high-current and high-voltage current-sensing products, including sensor supply, reference, output conditioning, ADC interface, protection, and communication circuits.
• Develop robust PCB layouts for high-current paths and isolated signal domains, controlling thermal rise, magnetic coupling, creepage and clearance, return paths, noise, and EMC risk.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, and characterization of accuracy, offset, bandwidth, transient response, thermal performance, and over-current protection behavior across the specified operating range.
• Work closely with firmware, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams to resolve hardware issues during EV/DV/PV, pilot build, mass production, and customer support.
• Support functional safety and quality activities applicable to the hardware design, including FMEA, design verification, and corrective-action closure. Job Requirement：
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Communication Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of hardware development experience in power electronics, high-voltage systems, or current-sensor applications.
• Experience with isolated current-sensor circuits for AC/DC, DC/DC, motor drives, inverters, battery chargers, or similar products.
• Strong skills in analog circuit design, current-sensor signal conditioning, ADC interfaces, protection, calibration, and error analysis.
• Hands-on high-current and high-voltage PCB layout experience, including thermal design, copper and trace sizing, creepage and clearance, isolation, and EMC control.
• Experience with CAN communication hardware design and debugging for automotive or industrial systems, including transceiver selection, ESD/surge protection, termination, signal integrity, and EMC validation is preferred.
• Proficient with Altium Designer or similar EDA tools; able to complete schematic, PCB, BOM, stack-up, and manufacturing documentation.
• Able to debug hardware with standard lab equipment. Experience with FMEA, DFM/DFT, automotive quality tools, or ISO 26262 is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
