Sr. HR Business Partner

As Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategy with business priorities, helping leaders navigate organizational needs while strengthening performance and long-term capability across the business.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning
• Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
• Align HR strategies with business objectives
• Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management
• Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
