Sr. HR

Location: Shapar - Dholra Road, Shapar

We are looking for a motivated and organized Senior HR to manage day-to-day human resources activities, support employees, and help ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance data.
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, salary, and benefits.
• Manage leave, attendance, and payroll-related coordination.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Support management with various HR-related activities and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRMS experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
