Sr. HR Executive

• We are looking for a proactive and dependable Senior HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in HR operations.
• This is a high-ownership role where you will manage critical HR processes, support leadership, and help build scalable systems that drive organizational success.
• What Youll Be Doing:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Issue offer letters and handle employee documentation.
• Own employee onboarding including documentation, welcome kits, joining emails, and HR drive updates.
• Coordinate and manage background verification.
• Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, DeskTime, overtime, and leave data.
• Support PMS along with training and development initiatives.
• Maintain leave records and HR MIS.
• Execute exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
• Coordinate closely with accounts and leadership teams.
• Ensure process continuity, proper handovers, and backups for all critical HR tasks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently without constant follow-ups.
• Excellent process orientation and documentation skills.
• Clear and proactive communication, especially during high-responsibility periods.
• Comfortable managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Growth mindset with the willingness to improve systems and processes.
• Must have experience handling at least 7080% of the responsibilities listed above.
• Experience with KEKA or similar HRMS/ATS platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to using AI in HR processes will be an added advantage.

Education:
