Established in 2015, Olive Resort is leading hospitality group of Central India. The company operates two resorts in Pench Tiger Reserve at Khawasa (MP) and Sillari (MH) with total room inventory of 130 rooms. The company also owns and operates Lighthouse Waterpark at Mansar (Nagpur) and Happy Hils (Khindsi lake, Ramtek) since 1992. All company properties are located within 90 kms radius of Nagpur. Headquartered at Nagpur, the company aims to be one of the leading hospitality groups of Central India.

Job Description:

• Manage recruitment and manpower requirements across resort departments and HO.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews.
• Coordinate employee accommodation, welfare, uniforms, and other staff facilities.
• Manage training, employee engagement, and performance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and personnel files.
• Work closely with HODs to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR or a relevant role.
• Hospitality background preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
