Sr. HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and exit formalities.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
• Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain statutory records, HR documentation and employee files.
• Prepare HR MIS, payroll reports and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with employees, management, consultants and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Any Degree / MBA HR / MSW HR preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.43 - ₹30,000.07 per month
