Sr. HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to independently handle HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.

Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and resolve employee queries.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate HR support.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and other HR metrics.

Coordinate performance appraisal and confirmation processes.

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Support management in various HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.

Good understanding of payroll and attendance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
