Sr. HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance, payroll, and employee records. The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR activities for a mining establishment in Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Handle labour and manpower records, including joining, attendance, leave, deployment, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate attendance, payroll inputs, overtime, and wage records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements for Odisha mining establishments.
• Handle compliance related to:
• EPF / PF
• ESI
• Payment of Wages
• Minimum Wages
• Bonus
• Gratuity
• Contract Labour
• Labour Welfare Fund
• Prepare and submit applicable statutory returns and filings through the Shram Suvidha Portal, EPFO and ESIC portals.
• Maintain and update all required statutory registers and HR records.
• Handle monthly PF and ESI filing, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, labourers, contractors, supervisors, management, and statutory authorities as required.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower statements, attendance reports, and other MIS/HR documentation.
• Maintain proper employee files and ensure all required documents are complete and up to date.
• Draft letters, notices, applications, reports, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of all HR and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
