Sr. HR Executive

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, shift and payroll-related coordination.
• Manage recruitment, interview scheduling, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and salary-related activities.
• Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain statutory registers and HR records as required.
• Conduct employee induction and HR awareness programs.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
• Handle employee grievances and support positive employee relations.
• Monitor employee discipline, workplace rules and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, turnover and other HR activities.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Assist management during audits and inspections related to HR and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
