Sr. HR Executive

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Manage recruitment activities from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and joining.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Handle HR policies, SOPs, and employee-related documentation.
• Manage payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Monitor employee performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
• Support employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
• Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and manpower costs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
