Sr. HR Executive

We’re Hiring – Sr HR EXECUTIVE

Base Location: Nagpur

Experience: Retail Background Mandatory

Salray - Upto 8 LPA to 9 LPA

Must be open to travel & manage multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviews & hiring for stores.

• Partner with store/department managers for manpower planning & onboarding.

• Drive performance management processes & support managers in reviews.

• Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.

• Maintain accurate employee records & HR systems.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives & promote a positive work culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices & labour laws (store‑level).

• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management & ER.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Problem‑solving mindset with strong decision‑making ability.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualification

MBA / Graduation in HR or any related field.
