ALUWIND INFRA-TECH LIMITED (Formerly known as Aluwind Architectural Limited) specializes in manufacturing aluminum windows and glass facades. The company installs aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems for architects, consultants, builders, institutions, and corporations.

Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune | Industry: Façade, Fenestration, or Installation Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment process for executive and managerial positions
• Manage compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factories Act)
• Oversee attendance, payroll, and contractor coordination
• Build a safe and compliant work environment at sites & plants
• Enable employee engagement, training, appraisal and retention initiatives
• Implement performance management and HR policy frameworks

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of work experience
• Knowledge about Employee Recruitment, Handling Grievances, Travel Bookings.
• Diploma or Degree in Management/HR/ Allied fields

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
