Sr. HR Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office staff, site engineers, civil engineers, site supervisors, foremen, and other construction personnel.
• Coordinate with project managers and site heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination for office and site employees.
• Coordinate manpower deployment across construction sites and project locations.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Coordinate contractor and labour workforce documentation, attendance, and manpower records.
• Monitor employee performance, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.
• Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, and full and final settlement coordination.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and manpower costs.
• Coordinate with the administration and accounts teams for smooth HR operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
