Sr. HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end non-IT and niche recruitment.
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer generation.
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
• Handle employee communications, grievances, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training.
• Manage attendance, payroll processing, and employee exit formalities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English and spoken Hindi.
• Confident, presentable, assertive, and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and employee management skills.
• Positive attitude with good motivational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR operations.

Note- 6 days working with second saturday off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
