Sr. HR Executive

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance, and performance management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and other applicable labour laws.
• Monitor employee performance, reviews, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate with sales teams to track targets and performance achievements.
• Handle employee grievances, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data.
• Support recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
