Sr. HR Executive - Recruitment

You will be involving…

• Focus on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for open positions. Utilize various channels, such as JobsDB, various agents, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates, including initial screenings, review resumes, and engage in proactive talent search.

• Assess candidates through interviews, phone screens, and other evaluation methods. Evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to determine the suitability of candidates for specific roles.

• Maintains positive relationships with candidates. Provide timely and constructive feedback, keep candidates informed about their application status, and address any questions or concerns.

• Documentation and Compliance.

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.

We are looking for…

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 4 years talent acquisition experience, preferably in IT industry
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational written/verbal communication skills, attentive to details without losing sight of broader needs/activities
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to represent the company to prospective candidates and interact with hiring managers
• Team player, while able to work independently and as an integral member of various teams
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
