Senior HR Manager – Job Description

Experience: 8–15 Years
Location: Vadodara
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and retention.
• Handle Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law and statutory compliance.
• Manage attendance, leave, HR policies and employee grievances.
• Handle contract labour, manpower planning and workforce management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR requirements.
• Manage HR MIS, reports, audits and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
