Job Title: Sr. HR Manager

Location: Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Reporting To: COO

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.

* Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.

* Handle performance management, KRA/KPI, appraisals, and improvement plans.

* Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, and salary inputs with Finance.

* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.

* Work closely with department heads and senior management on HR matters.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

* 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.

* Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management.

* Good communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS.

* Experience in manufacturing/export/trading organizations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
