Sr. HR Manager

Purpose of Role: Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives while ensuring efficient, accurate, and policy-compliant HR processes across the organization.

Required Skills: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HRMS (KEKA) Administration, payroll and attendance coordination, knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, HR documentation, MS Excel and MIS reporting, communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, time management, and decision-making abilities.

Coordination Requirements: Coordinate with Management and Department Heads for manpower planning, recruitment, performance reviews, confirmations, and employee-related matters; recruitment consultants and job portals for hiring; Finance for payroll and F&F; IT for onboarding/offboarding and access management; and employees for attendance, leave, documentation, grievances, and HR queries.

Expected Deliverables: Timely recruitment closure, accurate employee records and KEKA HRMS data, timely HR documentation, accurate monthly attendance and payroll inputs, effective probation and confirmation management, updated HR MIS and dashboards, compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies, effective employee engagement, and smooth execution of all HR operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
