Job Description

ADA Tech Solution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee core HR functions, recruitment, HR operations, payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Non-IT & BPO recruitment
• Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Manage payroll processing and salary-related activities
• Maintain and manage HRMS
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, PT & ESIC
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee data
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Handle HR policies, processes and day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR
• Strong experience in Non-IT & BPO recruitment
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll
• Good knowledge of HRMS
• Working knowledge of PF, PT & ESIC compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage core HR functions

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA CTC, depending on experience and interview performance.

Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra
