Sr. Implementation Consultant

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant (Business Consultant) for a growing global technology consulting firm. This is a US time zone contracting role focused on enterprise HCM/HR technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and validate HCM solutions across Core HR, Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, training, and post-go-live support.
• Develop configuration workbooks, test scenarios, functional documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support data migration validation, integrations, reporting, and solution optimization.
• Partner with Project Managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Support pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and implementation best practices.

Must-Have Hard Skills

• 6–12 years of HCM consulting experience.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on enterprise HCM implementation experience.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Requirements gathering

• Experience leading functional workstreams for medium to large enterprise implementations.

• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and talent lifecycle.

• Experience with enterprise HCM platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG is highly preferred.

• Strong customer-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
