• Implement standardized work practices.
• Continuous Improvement Activities
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Lead Root Cause Investigations.
• Apply DMAIC methodology.
• Drive structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Decision Making
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Use statistical tools to support decisions.
• Measure and sustain improvement results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
