Job Summary –

We are looking for WINTEL admin profile with 5 - 7 years of strong experience in BAU activities with hands on experience in SCCM administration along with Patch deployment and Software distribution module. User should have experience in resolving errors and failures observed in the daily patching cycle also should have basic skillset in handling and resolving hardware / VMware related issues.

Years of experience needed –

5 to 7 years

Technical Skills:

• Candidate with strong experience in Windows (2019/2022/2025) and PowerShell.

• Exposure and Understanding to SCCM configuration.

• Knowledge of SCCM modules e.g. Application and Patch deployment module and client-side trouble shooting.

• Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management).

• Working knowledge on VMware, Physical Hardware & Console (HP & Dell).

• Working knowledge of Networking, Storage.

• Primarily responsible for Patch Management, Patching of servers & post troubleshooting and incident resolution.

• Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA’s and SOPs.

• Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours.

• Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix.

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

• Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.

• Aggressive follow up, Updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues by following proper escalation matrix.

Certifications Needed:

• Windows / ITIL / any other related technical certification.
