Sr. Institutional Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Institutional Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and strengthening strategic relationships with mid-market plan sponsors while supporting their retirement plan objectives. The position is responsible for driving profitable client partnerships, coordinating integrated service delivery, and developing long-term plans that improve plan performance and client outcomes. You will also partner closely with advisors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, committee engagement, and ongoing relationship growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $194,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow profitable relationships with mid-market plan sponsors
• Lead an integrated service team to support key client relationships
• Conduct regular committee meetings focused on plan health and engagement
• Develop multi-year strategies to enhance plan profitability
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements with the integrated service team
• Create and execute strategic business plans aligned with client objectives
• Lead client onboarding and participant transition processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with 3+ years in retirement plans
• Experience with plan sponsors and advisors/consultants
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, or 7/66 required
• Strong background in ERISA and retirement plan design
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
