Responsibilities

• Perform internal audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan and established audit standards.
• Assess business processes, risks, and internal controls to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Review and analyze relevant data, documents, and audit evidence to support audit findings.
• Prepare audit working papers, findings, and reports with practical recommendations.
• Discuss audit findings and recommendations with relevant business units and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to junior auditors during audit assignments.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
• Report significant findings or urgent issues to Manager/Senior Manager and perform other assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Computer literacy such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc., SAP as preferable.
• Analytical and systematic thinking skill.
• Possess professional certification such as CPA, CPIAT, CIA as preference.
• Good command of spoken and written English
