We are seeking an Endpoint Management Engineer to join our Infrastructure and End User Computing team. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the Microsoft Intune environment, leading endpoint management, policy administration, and ongoing support following a recent migration from SCCM to Intune. The role will also play a key part in the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services while leveraging automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of the Microsoft Intune environment.
• Manage endpoint configuration, device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and security controls through Intune.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including policy management, configuration, customization, and backend administration.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline daily operations and reduce manual effort.
• Support enterprise desktop and security applications across a Windows-based environment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement and maintain endpoint management best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, Microsoft 365, and application-related issues.
• Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and support of new technologies and Microsoft platform enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune .
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration, including backend configuration, customizations, policy management, and application administration.
• Experience developing workflows and automations using Power Automate .
• Strong scripting experience, preferably with PowerShell .
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and endpoint management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Previous experience with SCCM-to-Intune migrations.
• Microsoft certifications related to Windows, Intune, Endpoint Management, or Microsoft 365 .
• Experience supporting enterprise security applications.
