Sr. IT Application Engineer (Integration Services) 整合服務資深應用工程師

ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ Moxa IT is looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join the Integration Services team and deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and reusable enterprise integration solutions.

The role is responsible for integration design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across SAP S/4HANA, enterprise applications, APIs, event/messaging platforms, and data integration services.

The position is a senior individual contributor who works closely with Solution Architects, SAP, Application, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The role also provides technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other engineers, without direct people-management responsibility.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

• Integration Solution Design & Development
• Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions.
• Develop APIs, integration flows, data mappings, event/message processing, and related technical documentation.
• Apply standard integration patterns to ensure security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• SAP S/4HANA Integration
• Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and enterprise applications such as MES, WMS, HR, PLM, BPM, and Salesforce.
• Work with SAP teams and partners to implement SAP APIs, OData, IDoc, Events, CPI/EIC, and other approved integration solutions.
• Support ECC integration migration and remediation during S/4HANA transformation.
• Integration Standards & Reusability
• Follow enterprise integration standards, reference architectures, and security requirements.
• Review integration solutions and recommend appropriate API, event-driven, messaging, batch, file, or data integration approaches.
• Develop reusable templates, components, standards, and automation to improve delivery efficiency and reduce technical debt.
• Operations & Technical Support
• Monitor and support production integration services, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement appropriate error handling, retry, alerting, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.
• Work with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams on connectivity, security, identity, certificates, and network controls.
• Technical Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
• Coordinate technical activities with application teams, SAP teams, data teams, vendors, and business users.
• Provide technical guidance, design review, troubleshooting support, and coaching to other engineers.
• Continuously improve integration practices, documentation, and team capabilities.

ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, system integration, API, middleware, or related IT fields.
• Experience in developing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.

Technical Skills

• Experience with one or more of the following: SAP Integration Suite/CPI, API Management/API Gateway, Kafka/Event Streaming, SAP Event Mesh, ETL/Data Integration platforms.
• Understanding of API, event-driven, messaging, batch, and data integration architectures.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with integration security, API lifecycle management, DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or observability.
• Experience in developing reusable integration frameworks, templates, or automation.
