Sr IT Executive

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology support.
• Hands-on experience with hotel software applications and IDS systems.
• Exposure to Hotelogix PMS will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and support multiple hotel locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently across properties as required.
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, Wi-Fi management, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and user support.
• Experience in vendor coordination and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support across multiple hotel properties.
• Ensure smooth functioning of PMS, POS, IDS, and other hotel operational systems.
• Manage hardware, software, network, internet, CCTV, and biometric systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities, user account management, and access controls.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple assignments independently.
• Comfortable traveling to different hotel locations and supporting property teams.
